To arrange for a baptism, if this is your first child to be baptized, a baptism class will be required. Please call or email the Parish Office to be scheduled for a class. For subsequent baptisms, a class will not be needed. Please call or email the office to set up a date for the baptism, or fill out an online form by clicking on the button below.

 

In all cases, a form will need to be filled out, and a copy of the Birth Certificate will need to be submitted to the office; this is just to ensure that the child's baptism record is accurately entered into the church's registry.
